Organic coffee is coffee produced without the aid of artificial chemical substances, such as certain additives or some pesticides and herbicides.
An ecological and organic process was developed by our local farmers in Veracruz to obtain the optimal nutritional conditions for the soil without petrochemical and non-organic additives. When the mineral and biological systems are mixed into the compost it sits for 15-20 days to develop the final organic product that is used to fertilize every plant.
Our yearly migration to the family-owned and operated farm in the Veracruz mountain region of mainland Mexico keeps us in touch with the heart and soul of our coffee.
